Participants must be at least 18 years old. By joining, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are entering into this agreement voluntarily.

  • Treat all members and coaches with respect.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared within the group.

  • Maintain a professional and respectful tone in all discussions, recognizing the diversity of experiences and backgrounds among participants.

  • Not engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, unsolicited promotion, or solicitation of products or services.

5. Confidentiality

You acknowledge that all materials, discussions, and strategies shared are for your personal use only. You agree not to share any content, recordings, or proprietary materials without written permission.

Do not share any protected health information (PHI) or identifiable patient details during sessions or in shared group spaces, in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise credited, all materials provided in this coaching cohort — including session structure, presentation slides, pacing, handouts, and implementation tools — are the original work of Jill Hudson Autism. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

Some strategies or concepts discussed during the cohort may be based on publicly available research or established practices. While Jill Hudson Autism does not claim ownership of such widely used ideas, the specific way these materials are curated, presented, and implemented within this program is proprietary.

All third-party content, strategies, or models referenced during the program remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used solely for educational purposes under fair use.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any cohort materials for commercial use or training purposes without explicit written consent.

7. Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. We make no guarantees about outcomes or results. You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and results.

Participation in this program does not establish a therapist-client or consultant-client relationship between you and the facilitators or Jill Hudson Autism.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in this program.

9. Cancellation & Termination

Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least 48 hours prior to the first day of the cohort and should be submitted to jill@jillhudsonautism.com. No partial refunds will be provided for missed sessions.

11. Technology Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the required technology, including a stable internet connection, video conferencing capabilities (e.g., Zoom), and the ability to access digital materials. Technical issues on the participant's end will not be grounds for a refund.

12. Evaluation and Use of Feedback
